Looking for SEO manager

  • Develop and manage the marketing plan, budget, Google Ads and SEO for worldwide sales development of our medical devices.
  • Develop high quality marketing and sales material, as well as ensure brand communication through enforcing brand guidelines and policy in conference, partnerships, promotions and creative collateral.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits, translating technical information into clear and persuasive messaging for different target audiences.
  • Plan, attend and co-ordinate conferences, sponsorships, any educational seminars ensuring business objectives are met and delivered on time.
  • Co-ordinate all digital marketing content (including monitoring our website and social media platforms) for the team – creating landing pages for events, product launches and other initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in medical device marketing to ensure compliance and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates) and sales trends (online & in conference) and develop customer specific strategies.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials, training, and resources to enable them to effectively promote and sell our medical devices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and distributors to support marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.
  • Work closely with account managers, team leads, analysts, and other team members and business units to drive results for our clients.
  • Undertake and deliver website technical audits to ensure clients follow SEO best practices
  • Developing, executing and analysing SEO campaigns for digital marketing clients, delivering technical, content or link acquisition campaigns and strategies to clients to consolidate and increase their search market share
  • Provide guidance to clients and internally to account managers for the optimisation of on-page content, landing pages, and identifying content opportunities that will drive search engine visibility
  • Reporting and analysis to drive client performance, monitoring keyword ranking to prove progress and roadmaps based on data-driven improvements
  • Create plans to scale and improve workflows and processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency
  • Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to inform SEO strategies and tactics, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Keeping pace with SEO and marketing industry trends to continue to develop innovative strategies
  • Working together with the wider Advisible team to execute meaningful and impactful work

Requirements For This Role

  • Successful candidates will have 2+ years experience of in-house or agency experience, with a proven track record of SEO marketing campaigns
  • Client-facing and client-management experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other third-party SEO tools
  • Strong data analysis abilities
  • Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
