Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager


As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales. You will utilize various digital channels such as social media, email, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to achieve marketing objectives. Additionally, you will analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve overall digital marketing performance.


1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

2. Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, email, display advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO/SEM).

3. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting campaigns.

4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

5. Identify trends and insights in digital marketing and propose new strategies and tactics to improve performance.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives.

7. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and implement them into strategies as appropriate.

8. Manage and optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

9. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to engage subscribers and drive conversions.

10. Monitor and manage social media channels, engage with followers, and create compelling content to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.

11. Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.

12. Budget management for digital marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

13. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute specific digital marketing initiatives or campaigns.


1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and social media management tools.

5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging digital marketing campaigns.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.

9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
